For parcels up to 2 kg, during daytime and without surcharges. The percentage is calculated on the total customer charge excluding VAT and is illustrative. It may differ for other distances, parcel weights or conditions. Rider payments are stated excluding VAT, before personal taxes and social insurance contributions.

When a parcel travels on an already planned journey with a small detour, it reduces the need for a separate trip just for that parcel. By combining compatible deliveries, we aim to reduce additional kilometres, CO₂ emissions and pressure on city streets.
Before your first delivery
Can I send a parcel from my computer?
Yes. You can create your delivery through the Loopster web app, in your browser on a computer or phone. You can also use the Android app.
Can I see my rider before they collect the parcel?
Yes. Live tracking starts as soon as the rider accepts your delivery and continues through to delivery.
How is delivery confirmed?
The recipient receives a personal PIN when the rider collects the parcel. At delivery, they give the code to the rider to complete the confirmation.
Can I choose a lower delivery price?
Yes. You can choose a longer delivery timeframe and schedule further ahead for a lower price, with the same parcel details and delivery conditions.
Why are identification details requested during rider registration?
Identity checks form part of the rider activation process. Our company page and Privacy Policy explain who Loopster is and provide information about personal data processing.
