Create the delivery
Register through the Android app or web app. Enter the pickup and delivery locations, parcel details and a suitable delivery timeframe. See the price before confirming.

The rider collects the parcel
Once the rider accepts the delivery, you can track their journey to the pickup location live. Contact them by chat or phone.

Track it through to delivery
Live tracking continues through to the destination. When the rider collects the parcel, the recipient receives their personal PIN. They give it to the rider at delivery to confirm receipt.
