The rider collects from your chosen pickup location and delivers to your destination — whether you’re sending something to someone else or having something brought to you.

From the moment your delivery is accepted, track the rider live through to delivery. Follow their progress and contact them through chat or by phone.

Delivery is confirmed with a PIN
When the rider collects the parcel, the recipient receives their personal code. They give it to the rider at delivery to complete the confirmation.

Before sending your first parcel
Do I need an Android phone to use Loopster?
To send through the mobile app, you need an Android phone. You can also create your delivery through the web app on your phone or computer. An iOS version will follow at a later stage.
Can I send from anywhere in Attica?
You can find our current pickup and delivery coverage on the ‘Service areas’ page.
When can I start tracking my rider?
Live tracking starts as soon as the rider accepts your delivery. You can follow their journey to collect the parcel and then through to delivery.
How is delivery confirmed?
When the rider collects the parcel, the recipient receives a personal PIN. They give it to the rider at delivery to complete the confirmation.
What items can I send?
Loopster supports deliveries such as documents, keys, gifts and personal items, in accordance with the service terms. Please consult the Terms of Use for restrictions and items we cannot accept.
