Α. INTRODUCTION
This platform is operated by “Loopster Private Company”, a company located in Marousi, Athens, Greece, at Grammou 71 Street, 15124 and with V.A.T. Number 802658620 (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").
The Company has been licensed under a General Authorization as a postal services provider by the Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission (EETT) and has been duly entered in the Registry of Postal Services Providers under registration number 25-028/2025. Furthermore, the Company has adopted and implements a Postal Services Confidentiality Assurance Policy, which has been duly approved by the Hellenic Authority for Communication Security and Privacy (ADAE).
At any point on the website, the terms "we" and "our" refer to the Company. The Company offers this platform, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms and conditions hereof.
The Company has developed and is the exclusive owner of the "Loopster" application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application/App"). The Application constitutes a digital platform through which persons seeking to send or receive items (hereinafter referred to as the “Users”), may submit requests for the dispatch or receipt of items, make payments, monitor the progress of deliveries and receive relevant notifications (the “Service”). The execution of the respective deliveries is undertaken by independent persons (hereinafter the “Riders”). Through the application, Users may also evaluate the Riders, at their discretion.
By registering on our App, you are participating in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms ("Terms of Service", "Terms of Use", "Terms").
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing, browsing or using the App. By accessing or using any part of the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of the Terms of Use, then you may not access the App or use any service.
Any new features or tools added to the App are also subject to these Terms of Service. We may make changes to these Terms from time to time. We may make them for a variety of reasons, such as to incorporate changes or legal requirements, new features, or changes in our business practices. The most recent version of these Terms will be posted in the relevant section of the Application, which you should check regularly for the most recent version, as this is the version that applies. If changes we have made affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you in advance of them by reasonable means, which may include notice through the App or by email. If you continue to use the Services after the changes are implemented, then you agree to the revised Terms.
GENERAL TERMS
ARTICLE 1 - TERMS OF REGISTRATION
By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have legal capacity, and agree that you may not use our Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
Violation of any of the Terms will result in immediate termination of the Services provided to you by the Company. The Company reserves the right to not allow you to re-register to the Application.
You have the option to register as a User or as a Rider. In whichever of the above capacities you register, the following General Terms of Use apply to you. Depending on the capacity under which you register, the corresponding Special Terms and Conditions below apply.
ARTICLE 2 - GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse to provide services to anyone for any reason at any time, particularly if they do not comply with these Terms of Use. You understand that content relating to you may be transmitted without encryption and may be subject to (a) transmission over various networks, (b) changes to conform and adapt to the technical requirements of networks or other devices.
You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of our Service, your use of or access to it, or any contact with our Application through which the Service is provided, without express written permission from us.
Article headings used in these Terms are included for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
ARTICLE 3 - MODIFICATION TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
The pricing of deliveries facilitated through the Application is determined on the basis of objective and transparent criteria, including, but not limited to the distance of the delivery route as well as the size and the actual or volumetric (whichever is higher) weight of the item to be transported. Loopster reserves the right to re-weigh and/or re-measure any shipment and recalculate charges accordingly, in line with the service limits published in the Application. Prices may be subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Users may select one of the following service levels at checkout. Each level defines how the request is scheduled and may affect the final price shown before confirmation:
- Service Level 1 — Express (priority sameday). Immediate assignment for delivery in the earliest available time window shown in the App. A speed premium applies versus other levels.
- Service Level 2 — SameDay (scheduled window). Delivery within the same calendar day during the specific time window selected at checkout. Standard pricing applies.
- Service Level 3 — NextDay (scheduled). Delivery on the next day during the selected time window. A discounted price applies versus Express.
Pricing is determined based on objective and transparent criteria (including route distance, item size/actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher) and the selected service level, and may be adjusted for operating conditions such as peak demand, adverse weather or night hours. The final VAT inclusive price is always displayed to the User before order confirmation.
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, modify or cancel any delivery request submitted through the Application. In the event of such modification or cancellation, the Company may attempt to notify the User by contacting them via the email address provided at the time of registration or order placement.
ARTICLE 4 - LOCATION
Our Service is addressed to persons located within the Greek territory. The Application operates nationwide, however the availability of the Riders may vary depending on the location declared by each User, as each Rider determines the areas they serve.
The current geographical coverage for pickups and deliveries is listed on the ‘Service areas’ page.
ARTICLE 5 - ACCURACY OF ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide updated, complete and accurate information for any action taken on the Application. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including indicatively your email address, your phone number and location, if there is a change.
ARTICLE 6- RIGHTS GRANTED TO YOU BY THE COMPANY SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS
The Company grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use its Service. This license is granted for the sole purpose of using and enjoying the benefits of the Service as provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
Accordingly, you agree not to:
- Use the Service or any content contained in the App for commercial purposes without our written consent.
- copy, modify, transmit, create derivative works of, use in any way any copyrighted material, image, trademark, trade name, logo, or any intellectual property or proprietary product made accessible through the Service without our written consent.
- You express or imply that any statement you make has our approval.
- use the Service in a manner that may interfere with, disrupt or adversely affect the Service or the servers or networks connected to the Application.
- upload viruses or harmful code or in any way compromise the security of the Service.
- use any portion of the Application as your own without our permission.
- use meta tags or code or other devices referring to the Company or the Application (or any trademark, trade name, logo or slogan of the Company) to direct any person to another website for any purpose.
- modify, adapt, sublicense, translate, sell, reverse engineer, decode, disassemble or in any way disassemble any portion of the Application or induce others to do so.
- test the vulnerability of our Application or any of our systems or networks.
- encourage or promote any action that violates these Terms.
We may investigate and take any lawful action to address unlawful and/or unauthorized use of our Service, including terminating our Service to you.
ARTICLE 7 - CANCELLATION POLICY
For the smooth operation of the platform and respect for the time of the Users and Riders, the following terms apply:
- The User is entitled to a free cancellation of the order until the request has been accepted by the Rider.
- Once the request has been accepted and until the Rider arrives at the pick-up location, any cancellation by the User shall be subject to a small cancellation fee, intended as reasonable compensation for the Rider.
- After the item has been collected by the Rider, cancellation of the order is no longer permitted. The User may instead choose either a return of the item or delivery to a partner locker that has been demonstrably agreed for the specific shipment, with the required choice or agreement of the recipient, at a clearly defined cost within the pre-approved amount.
- In the event of cancellation by the Rider or if the promised delivery time window cannot be met, the order shall be cancelled at no charge to the User and any amount already paid shall be fully refunded. A refund of the price or release of a preauthorization does not extinguish any separate right to compensation for the postal service that has already been undertaken.
ARTICLE 8 – RIGHT TO REFUSE/WITHHOLD SHIPMENTS AND RIGHT OF (NON-OPENING) INSPECTION
Loopster reserves the right to refuse or discontinue any shipment if there are indications of prohibited or unsafe contents, incomplete addressing details, or missing documentation, or where delivery may pose a risk to transport safety or public health.
The Company may, but is not obliged to, conduct a non-opening visual inspection of the parcel’s exterior solely to verify proper packaging, sealing and labelling. The Company and the Riders are not permitted to open postal items, unless expressly authorized by the Sender or required by law or competent authorities. The Company may withhold items until all related charges have been fully settled, in accordance with the applicable framework.
ARTICLE 9 - USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
If you, whether at our request or not, send us specific submissions (for example, reviews of Riders), creative ideas, suggestions, designs or other material, whether online, by email, postal mail or otherwise (collectively, "Comments"), you agree that we may, at any time and without limitation, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any such Comments you forward to us. We are under no obligation to do so:
- Keep any Comments confidential,
- pay compensation for any comments; or
- respond to any comments.
You agree that your comments do not infringe any rights of any third party, including any copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain defamatory or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, nor will they contain viruses or other malicious software that could in any way interfere with the operation of the Service or any related website.
You must not use a false email address, pretend to be someone else, or mislead us or any third party as to the origin of any comment.
You are solely responsible for any comments and their accuracy. We take no responsibility for any comments posted by you or third parties.
The Company may use all means of communication (such as phone number, email, etc.) to receive feedback/criticism about your experience.
ARTICLE 10 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on our Application that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to service descriptions, prices, addresses, etc. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information if any information on the App or any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
We undertake no obligation to update, modify or clarify any information on the App or any related website.

The Company, always in accordance with the principle of good faith and in accordance with commercial ethics, makes every effort to ensure that the content and information displayed on the Platform at any given time is as accurate as possible, but accepts no responsibility for its reliability.
In addition to what is expressly stated in these General Terms and Conditions, regarding the type of personal data of Users and Riders collected by the Company, the methods of collection, the purpose and legal basis for their processing, the recipients of the data, the purpose for which they may be transmitted to them but the exercise of the rights of Users regarding their data, please visit our Privacy Notice, which is an integral part of the present and integral part of this document.
ARTICLE 12 - PROHIBITED USES
In addition to other prohibitions set forth in the Terms of Use, it is prohibited to use the Application or its content for:
- any illegal purpose
- Ask others to perform or engage in any illegal acts
- Violate any international, national, federal, state, regional or provincial regulations, rules, laws or local ordinances

- providing false or misleading information,
- upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used or exploited in any manner that will interfere with the functionality or operation of the Service or any related website, other websites or the Internet,

- for any obscene or immoral purpose; or
- interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites or the Internet.
We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any prohibited use.
ARTICLE 13 - DISCLAIMER, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not warrant that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from your use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.
You agree that from time to time we may suspend or discontinue the Service for an indefinite period of time without notice to you. You expressly agree that your use or inability to use the Service is at your own risk. The App and the services offered through it are provided to you (except as expressly stated by us) "as is" and "as available" for your use, without warranties, whether express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title and non-infringement.
For Loopster’s postal services under General Authorization, EETT Decision 1182/7/26.01.2026 (Government Gazette B 615/09.02.2026), as in force, applies. The user addresses their request to Loopster. The beneficiary is the user who contracted with Loopster and paid the postal fee or, if that user waives their right, the sender or recipient whom they designate and of whom they inform Loopster by appropriate means. Each item in a multiple-item shipment is examined separately.
For domestic shipments, the following cases apply. T means the postal fee paid for the specific shipment:
a) For proven loss, total theft or total destruction of the contents of an envelope, compensation of 10 × T is paid and T is additionally refunded. For the corresponding case of a parcel, compensation of 8 × T is paid, up to its documented purchase or replacement value, and T is additionally refunded. The beneficiary bears the burden of documenting the purchase or replacement value.
b) For proven partial loss, theft or destruction of the contents of an envelope or parcel, the actual value of the damage is paid up to the corresponding compensation amount for total loss, with the prescribed documentation of value by the beneficiary.
c) Provided that a declared-value or insurance service is available and has been agreed for the specific shipment, compensation for total loss, theft or destruction equals the declared value and T is refunded. For partial loss, theft or destruction, the actual value of the damage is paid up to the declared value. The documentation requirements of Articles 4.1(c) and 4.1(e) of the EETT Decision apply. Merely stating a purchase price for the examination of a claim does not, in itself, activate an insurance service.
d) If an item is returned due to Loopster’s responsibility and the reason for non-delivery is unknown, T and the other related expenses that the contracting user who paid the fee has paid to Loopster for the shipment are refunded to that user.
e) For a delay for which Loopster is proven responsible, after the expiry of three working days from the agreed final delivery day, compensation of 2 × T is paid. If the delay exceeds three working days and the item is delivered within the following twelve working days, 3/12 × T is added for each additional working day of delay. Beyond fifteen working days, the deficient service is presumed to constitute loss. The three-working-day threshold concerns the specific lump-sum compensation for delay; it does not extend the agreed Express, SameDay or NextDay deadline or negate a more favourable promise by Loopster.
f) For placement at a location different from the agreed one, without the user’s proven consent and subject to the conditions of Article 4.1(h) of the EETT Decision, compensation of 2 × T is paid.
The lump-sum limitation includes the prescribed compensation for moral harm and applies to claims in contract or tort. It does not apply in cases of intentional misconduct by Loopster or persons acting on its behalf. More favourable agreed benefits and rights under mandatory law are preserved.
The recipient may express a reservation upon receipt or within two working days thereafter, by appropriate means that can be documented. The absence of a reservation is assessed in accordance with Article 5.2(viii) of the EETT Decision and other mandatory law. The reservation is distinct from the written notice in respect of the claim: Loopster must be given written notice within six months from the conclusion of the individual postal contract, in accordance with Article 2.5. The request is submitted through the Application, by email to info@loopster.gr or in writing to the company’s registered office and must identify the relevant shipment and complaint. Supplementary evidence may be requested for the investigation, without negating the timeliness of the initial sufficiently identified written notice. The approved compensation is paid no later than twenty working days from the date of approval.
Before pickup, the Sender shall select a content category (e.g. documents, personal items, electronics, apparel, non-perishable goods etc). The Company bears no liability for the transport of prohibited or dangerous items in cases where such items have been concealed or falsely declared by the User (sender). The full and exclusive responsibility for the content of each shipment lies with the User, who is obliged to ensure that the items being shipped comply with the applicable legislation, public health and safety regulations, as well as these Terms of Use. The list of prohibited and dangerous items is available to Users on the platform and it is the User’s responsibility to consult this list prior to submitting any shipment request. In the event of breach of the above, the User shall be liable for any damage or consequence that may arise to the Company, the Riders, or third parties and Loopster reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the User’s account.
If the recipient is absent or the agreed delivery cannot be carried out, a partner locker or another alternative location that has been demonstrably agreed for the specific shipment may be used, with the required choice or agreement of the recipient. The location, the consent and its time are recorded. Mere notification with a PIN after placement does not replace the agreement. The pre-approved locker cost remains separate from consent to the change of location. In the absence of agreement, the prescribed shipment procedure is followed and compensation rights apply. Both the sender and the recipient will be duly notified of the parcel’s placement and provided with the necessary information for retrieval.
For postal services, the specific rules of this Article and the applicable mandatory provisions prevail over general disclaimers concerning use of the Application. Exclusions of liability apply only where the specific conditions of Article 5.2 of the EETT Decision are met. In particular, in cases of force majeure or an emergency that could neither have been foreseen nor avoided, and in the prescribed cases of proven criminal acts, the postal fee paid is refunded. Each rejection is reasoned on the basis of the specific shipment.
ARTICLE 14 - COMPENSATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company and its employees from and against any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, due to your breach of these Terms of Use.
ARTICLE 15 - SEVERABILITY CLAUSE
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall nevertheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severable from these Terms. This determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
ARTICLE 16 - TERMINATION
These Terms of Use shall remain in effect until you terminate your relationship with the Company in any way. The Terms of Use shall cease to bind you as soon as you inform us that you no longer wish to use our Services or when you delete your account. The obligations and liabilities of the parties that arose prior to the termination date will survive the termination of this Agreement for all purposes.
If, in our sole discretion, you do not comply or we suspect that you are not complying with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we may also terminate this Agreement at any time without notice and/or may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
ARTICLE 17 - FULL AGREEMENT
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Use and any policies or operating rules published by us with respect to the Service constitute the entire agreement between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, without limitation, prior versions of these Terms of Service).
Any ambiguity in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the Company.
In case of any inconsistency or discrepancy between different language versions of these Terms, the Greek version shall prevail.
ARTICLE 18 - APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you with our Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Greek law. The courts of Athens shall be the competent courts for the resolution of any dispute arising out of these Terms.
ARTICLE 19 - AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE
You may check for the most recent version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes on our website. It is your responsibility to check our site periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or our Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
ARTICLE 20 - CONTACT INFORMATION & COMPLAINTS SUBMISSION
Any questions regarding the Terms of Use shall be sent to info@loopster.gr
The Company ensures that the users are granted the right to submit complaints or reports relating to the use of the Platform and the Services provided. Complaints may be submitted through the Application and/or by contacting us at info@loopster.gr
Each complaint shall be duly recorded and reviewed in accordance with the principles of transparency, impartiality and confidentiality, as well as in compliance with the requirements of applicable legislation and regulatory frameworks.
The written complaint or compensation request is registered with a reference number and date of receipt, which are communicated to the person submitting it. Loopster seeks resolution within fifteen working days from the request or within forty working days when additional information is required, with relevant notification. A reasoned response and information on the available next stages are provided in accordance with EETT Decision 1135/4/2024. Account deletion or suspension does not prevent communication regarding a pending or lawfully submitted claim.
Β. SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USERS
ARTICLE 1 - REGISTRATION
Registration on the Application and the creation of a user account constitute a mandatory prerequisite for the provision and receipt of the Services.
To complete the registration process, the User may download the Application from the Play Store (for Android devices) or the App Store (for iOS devices) and follow the prescribed steps, providing the required information.
The User will be requested to provide personal data in order to be identified as a Registered User. By submitting such information, the User represents and warrants that all details provided are accurate, complete, and truthful. Upon completion of the registration and creation of the account, the User unconditionally accepts these Terms and acknowledges that they have been informed of the Privacy Notice, available on the Platform.
The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and bears full and exclusive responsibility for any and all activities carried out through their account. In the event that the User believes or suspects that an unauthorized third party has gained access to their account, they must immediately notify the Company.
ARTICLE 2 – USE OF THE APPLICATION
Upon completion of registration and login to the Application, the User may, through the main page, select whether they wish to send or receive an item, monitor their current deliveries and receive relevant notifications.
When submitting a request for dispatch or receipt, the User shall enter the collection and delivery address, with the option of using their current location. A summary of the delivery details shall then be displayed, which the User must confirm prior to proceeding with the selected payment method.
The payment process shall operate on the basis of preauthorization: funds will be preauthorized at the time of order confirmation and final capture shall occur only upon proof of delivery. Any unused or expired preauthorizations shall be released automatically. Upon successful preauthorization, the order shall be deemed valid, and the User shall receive the corresponding confirmation. Online payments are processed securely through licensed payment providers in compliance with the respective legal and regulatory framework and applicable Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) requirements. Card payments are pre-authorised at order confirmation and charged only after successful delivery. If SCA fails or is declined, the order will not be completed.
When the agreed fee has not been collected because charging takes place after successful delivery, Loopster provides the contracting user with additional contractual coverage. For its calculation, it uses the fee for the specific shipment shown in the confirmation, with the corresponding compensation multipliers and limits. Only a fee that was actually collected is refunded; otherwise, the preauthorization is released. No additional charge arises due to the loss and no greater legal or agreed right is reduced. The postal fee per item is shown separately from any fee for API software services or other non-postal services.
Through the section “My Deliveries,” the User shall have access to all active and completed deliveries, with the option to view detailed information (including order details, rider information etc). The User shall receive notifications regarding the progress of each delivery and, upon its completion, may submit an evaluation, which shall appear on the Rider’s profile.
ARTICLE 3 – PROOF OF DELIVERY (PoD)
Deliveries are completed in person to the named Recipient or to an authorized person, as specified in the Application. At checkout, Loopster issues a unique one-time PIN for each shipment, sent to the Recipient’s mobile number provided by the Sender (via SMS or Viber). The Recipient must present this PIN to the Rider upon delivery. Without the correct PIN, the parcel will not be released. Loopster does not support unattended or “leave-at-door” deliveries.
If the mobile number is incorrect or the Recipient cannot locate the PIN, the Sender or Recipient may update the contact number or request a new PIN via the tracking page, subject to verification. Once reissued, any previous PIN becomes invalid. The PIN is used solely to verify delivery. Loopster will never request it by phone or other means. Use of the PIN and the Proof of Delivery do not constitute a waiver of the right to express a reservation or submit a compensation claim.
All PoD data (contact details, timestamps, device logs) are processed for security and traceability reasons and, where required, for the investigation of complaints and compensation claims, in accordance with Loopster’s Privacy Notice and ADAE Postal Services Confidentiality Assurance Policy.
ARTICLE 4- PACKAGING RESPONSIBILITY
The Sender is solely responsible for ensuring that each shipment is properly packaged, safely sealed, and suitably protected, taking into account the nature of the contents and the conditions of transport. Packaging must be secure, intact, and appropriate to prevent damage under normal handling and transit conditions, with the correct delivery and return addresses clearly and visibly indicated on the parcel.
Exemption due to packaging, shipment details or the particularly perishable nature of the contents is examined in accordance with the conditions of Article 5.2 of the EETT Decision. Merely referring to a fragile item does not automatically exempt Loopster from obligations of safe handling and transport.
ARTICLE 5 – SUSPICIOUS SHIPMENTS AND SAFETY CHECKS
- Suspicious shipments. If there are reasonable grounds to suspect that a parcel contains prohibited, dangerous or otherwise unsafe items, Loopster may refuse, suspend or cancel the order, retain the parcel, and notify the competent authorities, in accordance with applicable law.
- Non-intrusive checks. Loopster may, prior to acceptance, request that the Sender disclose the general category of contents or allow a non-intrusive inspection (e.g., verification of weight, dimensions, odour or rattling sound). If the Sender refuses to provide such information or inspection, Loopster may decline the shipment for safety reasons.
- Voluntary open-check Where the Rider has reasonable safety or legality concerns at pickup (for example, packaging inconsistent with the declared category, unusual odour, or suspicious sound), the Rider may request the Sender to open the parcel themselves, in the Rider’s presence, solely for visual verification that the contents fall within the declared category. The Rider shall not open, touch or manipulate the parcel or its contents. If the Sender declines, the Rider may refuse the pickup and mark the order as “Safety Cancellation”, without penalty to the Rider. Loopster may subsequently cancel the order in accordance with these Terms.
Loopster may, at its discretion, provide a fixed Safety Fee to compensate the Rider for time and travel in such cases. Repeated or unjustified use of this option may result in an account review or temporary suspension.
ARTICLE 6 – MISUSE OF THE APPLICATION
The Company reserves the right to investigate cases in which the User acts abusively (e.g., repeated submission of false requests for dispatch or receipt). In cases where the Company identifies abusive use of the Application, the Company reserves the right to delete the User's account.
C. SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR RIDERS
ARTICLE 1 - REGISTRATION
To gain access to the Platform’s services as a Rider, a person shall complete the registration process by providing true and accurate identification details, contact information, and, where required, vehicle information.
The Company reserves the right to reject or suspend any registration in the event that the information submitted is incomplete, inaccurate, or does not meet the eligibility requirements.
ARTICLE 2 – USE OF THE APPLICATION
By using their account on the Application, a Rider may enter their availability, accept delivery requests, monitor active orders and complete the corresponding procedures.
Riders are required to perform deliveries diligently, within a reasonable time, and with due respect towards the Users.
Any abusive or misleading use of the Platform is strictly prohibited (including, for example, the acceptance of requests without the intention of fulfilling them). In severe cases of misconduct (such as theft of an item), the User’s account shall be permanently deleted without prior notice. For other violations, the User will initially receive a warning, followed by temporary account suspension in the event of repeated misconduct and permanent deletion of the account upon a third occurrence.
ARTICLE 3 - RELATIONSHIP WITH THE COMPANY & LEGAL OBLIGATIONS
Each Rider acts as an independent natural or legal person and not as an employee, agent, representative, or partner of the Company. The relationship between the Company and the Rider shall be governed by a separate Independent Services Agreement to be executed between the parties.
The Company does not exercise control over the manner in which Riders provide their services and Riders retain full discretion with respect to the means and methods of performing deliveries, provided that such performance complies with these Terms and with the Independent Services Agreement.
The Company shall bear no liability for any acts or omissions of Riders in the course of providing their services, nor for any damage, loss, or harm that may arise therefrom. Riders shall bear sole responsibility for their compliance with applicable laws, as well as for the safe and consistent execution of deliveries.
ARTICLE 4 – PARCEL INTEGRITY AND HANDLING PROTOCOL
Riders shall never open or tamper with parcels under any circumstances. At both pickup and delivery, they shall visually verify that the parcel appears properly sealed and intact. If any red flags are observed (such as leakage, unusual odour, inadequate sealing or excessive weight) the Rider may decline pickup for safety reasons and shall contact the Company accordingly.
